Swiss Cacao Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp xylitol
  • 1 tbsp coco powder
  • 1 packet KETO//OS® Max Swiss Cacao
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Heat up coconut milk, xylitol, and cocoa powder until it just begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add KETO//OS® Max Swiss Cacao.
  3. Combine well and allow to cool completely.
  4. Whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture.
  6. Transfer to a serving glass and chill.
  7. Optional: Top with whipped cream and fresh berries.
